adns.us has made setting up your
computer easy with our auto-config
utility. If you already have an account
with us,

2.Error 691 user/pass is wrong:
Check
username/password for spaces before or
after. Make sure to include @adns.us
after your username. Our server is case
sensitive, so please remember to double
check that upper and lower case letters
are correctly typed. If your account is
not active, you may receive this error
message.
3.INVALID
USERNAME:
Login for Dialup / Web mail =
please include @adns.us after your
username.
Login for email clients = please
exclude @adns.us from your username.
4.Error 678 no
answer:
Please check your
Access Number. Are you dialing an area
code or do you only have seven digit
dialing? Do you need to dial ?9? , to
get an outside line? This is usually a
line or number error.
- Make sure the phone line is connected
in the 'Line' port on the modem
- Make sure there is nothing that could
be blocking or distracting the signal:
line splitters, fax machines, surge
protectors
- Reboot machine to ensure that no
other programs/software are trying to
use the modem
- Lower FIFO Buffers/Max speed in modem
settings (refer to Dial-up & Check
Settings above for your Operating
System)
If none of the above solutions help,
you may be required to do the following.
However, we recommend a professional
assist you with this procedure. You may
need to reinstall your modem or its
driver. It is also possible that this
could be an issue with the local
telephone company, you can test this by
dialing on your handset to see if you
hear modem tones.
5.EMAIL: Outlook Express,
Eudora, Outlook, Incredimail and all all
other like third party software.

6. DISCONNECTS ASSOCIATED WITH
EMAIL (Common Issue):
Open outlook,
go to TOOLS>OPTIONS>CONNECTION TAB
[x] Ask before switching dial up
connection (should be checked)
[ ] Hang up after sending/receiving
(should NOT be checked)
Click APPLY, then OK, then close
outlook and it should work.
7. Exceeded Message Quota:
If you are
receiving a message stating that you
have exceeded your mail quota; please
login to
adns.us web mail
to remove
any unwanted items. Make sure to check
under FOLDERS for discarded mail in
"deleted items" as this also counts
towards the quota.

Is your dialup service unlimited or is there so many hours you have a month? Unlimited nation wide internet access with local numbers all over the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico Also if I choose the 6 month service and I wanted to cancel for some reason before the 6 months was up, would I get my money back? We will charge you for the monthly rate for the time you used and send you back the difference in the form of a check.

That is written that way to make sure
the user name is available because of

with this service you are at 56kb
because you are using a phone line.
we also offer 6XL which is equivalent to
336k but not for downloads and uploads
as you are limited to 56 k on upload and
download because of the size of the wire
that makes up phone line.

click on Cheapdialup mail account. On
the 'Servers' tab, click the box, My
Server Requires Authentication. Click
Apply>OK, then close Outlook Express and
restart program.

- Unable to get into Web Mail
Problem 1 - Invalid Logon error
Make sure you are using
your entire email address as your user
name. This is the most common error.
Your password is case sensitive, make
sure you are typing in the correct
password. If unsure, contact us below.
Problem 2 - After Logging in, I am
returned back to the Login screen
Make sure you have
cookies turned on in your system. If
cookies are not turned on, you will be
returned to the login screen. To turn
cookies on:
Click>Tools>Options>Privacy>Advanced>Override
Automatic Cookie Handling>Accept Cookies
